Shared Vision

One of the results of the OHI survey in 2020 was the need for a shared vision and direction for Dümmen Orange. Together with a group of colleagues from around the world, we have been working on recalibrating our vision, mission and values.

We are proud that we can now share with you our new purpose, mission & values.

The internal roll-out of our new shared vision has started. Please find below relevant tools and documents, to inform yourself and help your team become familiar with our new shared vision and values.

Our new shared vision is not just a poster on the wall, it are not just words, it is who we aspire to be!
