Evolving excellence put in practice

Since 2016 our Kenyan teams use Kaizen to simplify and add efficiency to their processes. Periodically they receive a Lean training from a HK expert. Last month the Coldstore project team in Embu learned about the skills they need to improve workplace (Gemba) processes and created an action plan which will result in a Kaizen approved coldstore at our farm!
