Kick off Study For You in Kenya

Securing knowledge by sharing

Recently our Kenyan team in Embu, together wit Latia, kicked off Study For You, a 68 days training and capacity building program. All crop supervisors, team leaders and technicians received a Trainer-of-Trainers (T.o.T.) workshop for securing their knowledge by sharing it with other colleagues. The training will have an ongoing effect on the entire organization as the T.o.T.’s will train current and future staff.
