Working on better cohesion

Last month the management teams of our 2 Kenyan farms enjoyed a day of intensive teambuilding at the Rapids waterfall, the largest of its kind in the country. The goal of the day was building on better cohesion amongst both teams. Under the guidance of skilled facilitators, the group was engaged in ground exercises that called for teamwork and communication. The highlight of the day was a 3-hour rafting tour on the raging river!
